RJX Tri-Wormer Supplement for Puppies and Dogs

RXJ Tri-Wormer is a broad spectrum dewormer for the removal of roundworms (Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina), hookworms (Ancylostoma caninum, Ancylostoma braziliense, Uncinaria stenocephala) and tapeworms (Dipylidium caninum, Taenia pisiformis) in dogs and puppies. Each capsule contains pyrantel pamoate and prazquantel for effective treatment. Recommended for dogs 12 weeks of age or older. Made in USA.

Dosage:
Administer capsules according to the weight of the animal.
Puppies and Small Dogs - 6.0 to 12.0 lbs. Give one 30 mg Capsule
Puppies and Small Dogs - 12.1 to 25.0 lbs. Give two 30 mg Capsules
Medium and Large Dogs - 25.1 lbs. to 50 lbs. Give one 114 mg Capsule
Medium and Large Dogs - 50.1 lbs. to 100 lbs. Give two 114 mg Capsules
Large Dogs - 100.1 lbs. to 150 lbs. Give three 114 mg Capsules
Large Dogs - 150.1 lbs. to 200 lbs. Give four 114 mg Capsules
Offer the proper dosage by hand or in the dog’s food container, with or without food.
Do not withhold food from your dog prior to or after treatment.

Store at controlled room temperature 15-30˚C (59-86˚F)
