PetEdge Groomer's Showcase: 2012 Octoberfest Edition

Happy fall everyone! It's the middle of autumn here in New England and the leaves are turning bright colors and falling off the trees at record rates. It's time for harvest fairs, apple picking and hay rides.
It's also a great time for us to share a brand new crop of amazing before and after grooming photos. You'll be sure to "fall" for the work of these talented groomers.

Raegen writes: "Jazzy the Aussie Doodle came to see me for her very first groom. She kind of reminded me of a sheep dog with all the hair she had."
"Her owner had requested a complete shave down, except for the ears, so I used a #7 blade with my Andis UltraEdge 2-Speed Clipper. I used a Master Grooming Tools Steel Grooming Comb to get the tangles out of her ears."
"Jazzy looked like a whole new dog when her owner came to get her, and you could tell by her attitude that she felt so much better without all that fur."

Margo writes: "A cute little guy we groomed for the animal shelter. A challenge because he most likely had never been groomed before, but he was very good. He had a bath in Double K Grimenator Shampoo.
"Foxy is a spry old girl. She was very matted and greasy. We used a variety of dematting tools and coat kings and she had a bath in Double K Hypoallergenic Shampoo. It's great for oily coats. Finished up with a nice hand scissor trim.

Lisa Writes: Zoe came into the shop covered in mud and clay. I used Furminator Shampoo and Solution, a dematting rake and a greyhound comb, plus Master Grooming Tools Shears.
"I have been grooming since 2001. I graduated from North Shore Community College after studying from Professor Diane King. The Doggie Depot just opened in June. I sepecialize in doggie makeovers. That's my favorite—turning a mess into a work of art!"
