Welcome to another edition of the PetEdge Groomer Showcase, where we celebrate the work of groomers like you!
This week we're proud to feature some fabulous new transformations! We have a talented groomer from down under in Australia, and an American groomer with some great skills, too.

Victoria writes: “Sascha is an adorable 7-month-old Maltese cross. This was her first haircut and grooming experience. I used a 9 mm (4F) blade on her body, a 6 mm (5F) on her legs and a 10 blade for her ‘Brazilian’ (under backside and in between back legs) areas and armpits.
"I used my scissors to neaten her legs and to give her what I call a ‘teddy’ style face. I would normally use a combination of clipper blades as well to achieve this face, but Sascha was very nervous of the clipper noise, so I chose not to stress her unnecessarily as a first-timer.
“Beau is a Maltese Shihtzu and a total sweetheart. I have been grooming him every 12 weeks over the past 6 years. I maintain his coat at a manageable half-inch (3F blade) length on his body and a 4F on his legs (then neatened with scissors), the 4F and scissors are also used to achieve his ‘teddy’ style face. I also use a 10 blade under his backside and in between his back legs.
“As part of my service, all dogs receive a heated bath and flea rinse, full blow dry, have their nails trimmed and ears cleaned. A conditioning and deodorizing spray is also applied at the completion of all treatments. Both Sascha and Beau are inside dogs and are well cared for by their owners. I offer clients a variety of clipping lengths ranging from 1.5inch down to 3mm.
“My business is called ‘Glamour Pooch Professional Dog Grooming’. I am an Academy of Dog Grooming graduate, having received my certification back in 2001. I operate my business from a fiberglass custom-made dog grooming salon/trailer and have done so since March 2001.
"I visit clients at their homes and service the Greater City of Bendigo area, which is located in the state of Victoria in Australia. I use Wahl® brand clippers and scissors and Oster® clipper blades. I love using the variety of bows available for purchase from PetEdge, and so do many of my clients.”

Angela writes: “This is Mellow, a 2 year old Schnauzer. He hadn’t been groomed since January. I used an Andis #7F blade on his head and body and a #10 blade on his ears to give him this great, clean look!”
